I began my career as a Horror Maven—launching the two-time This Is Horror Award-winning podcast Ladies of the Fright, writing my Bram-Stoker Award-nominated novel The Forest, and editing all things horror, true crime, and paranormal as Managing Editor of The Lineup. Before that, I worked on a Maggie Award-winning health and fitness magazine for three years. I’ve got an MFA in creative writing, a yoga certification, two hypnosis certifications, and multiple energy work trainings. I’ve apprenticed in feminine magic, psychic channeling, and Biomancy.

I’ve spent my life following exhilarating clues into forbidden places—through books, dreams, ancient magic, the Otherworld, and mythical stories my Christian upbringing taught me were dangerous.

With my Scorpio South Node, I’m no stranger to going where other people are too terrified to even look. The Dark Mother has always been apprenticing me to descend, investigate, get my hands dirty, and return with deliciously taboo treasures.

Yet my Taurus North Node won’t let me stay buried in the dark forever: She calls me Earthside—into a life of feminine wealth, luxury, and decadent romance with deep, watery roots.

This is the riskiest quest yet. 

I like my magic the way I like my adventures: a little dangerous, deeply intelligent, occasionally outrageous, and worth getting mud on the bottom of my silk hem for.

And I have been tasked with calling forward other notorious women, who have never really fit in “here” or “there” but who are called to create magical worlds from their own complex & contradictory depths.

Inside my magical containers, I share feminine lineage magic teachings from 16+ years of practice & training, as well as secret structural intel I’ve learned working at high levels in the book publishing, magazine editorial, and marketing industries for 10+ years.

I observe how ideas move through culture, how stories shape perception, and how meaning is preserved, translated, and transmitted (and what happens when our access pathways are destroyed.

I’m particularly obsessed with what happens when we follow the clues we’ve been taught to overlook.

My work sits at the intersection of the mythic and the practical, the unseen and the visible.

I translate imagination, intuition, and symbolic intelligence into real-world expression—books, programs, collaborations, leadership, and livelihood.

I’m a lifelong dreamer who has seen my imaginal world profoundly alter material reality.

I have supported hundreds of people as they’ve brought their visions into the real world to create meaningful, tangible impact.

These days, I’m scheming and plotting with intrepid magical women making bold moves, taking daring risks, following outrageous ideas, and making dirty cash.

Our decadent, outrageous, feminine magic will change the world. I know this in my bones.
